Cancer. Once you hear someone diagnosed with this terrifying disease, it immediately conjures up images of  your loved one lying in a lacquered coffin, or struggling for breath as he gives you instructions for his last speech before he passes out, or a bald head wrapped in a cap or turban, old and wrinkled, weary and just waiting for the grim reaper to take him away. In short, when you hear the word cancer, it is equivalent to a death sentence.

One treat at a time. It is ok to have a cheeseburger once in a while but don't use the justification that since you are already splurging that it ok to order the French Fries along with it. Allow yourself an occasional treat, as long as it is accompanied by smarter food choices like fresh fruit and vegetables. If you can't just have one - avoid them. There are some treats that you can't just have one so it is best to just avoid those treats altogether.

Diet alone cannot guarantee a slim waistline or a flat tummy. A balanced diet coupled with exercise will do the trick. Walking 30 minutes to one hour everyday will help you trim the fat and make you feel good. Check out which exercise regimen is best for you.
