  2. Get more in your tank when it is cooler like at night or early before sunrise.

  4. Commute. You would be surprised how convenient and fast the MRT is! Or you can join a car pool.
  5. Order take out! Let the mall go to you. Enjoy your pizza and spaghetti around your dinner table. And no need to dress up!
  6. Set up a home theater! Watch DVD with family or friends. And microwave some popcorn to complete the picture.
  7. Walk! Great for your circulation. Revs up your energy level. Best of all, you lose weight!

I ride my bike

I have my trusty second-hand bike that I use when I do my errands. Going to the weekly market to buy fresh fish, to the library, the doctor, supermarket, the grocer. Even to my mother-in-law, who lives just 6 kilometers away. Good for the environment and my thighs!
