TODAY'S TIDBIT:
Luke 6:12 says, “Jesus departed to the mountains to pray, and he spent the night in prayer to God.” This is what Jesus did before choosing his twelve disciples.
How do you make decisions during crucial moments? Do you decide by yourself because you believe you are doing the right thing? I’m afraid of making decisions. I might make a mistake which I would regret for the rest of my life. But when I joined our community, The Light of Jesus Community, (LOJC), this changed because I learned to pray for guidance.
Just a few months ago, my husband underwent a major operation. He had a kidney transplant at the Capitol Medical Center. But before that operation, the crucial decision that we had to make is finding the best doctor in town. I prayed fervently for the Lord to guide and lead us in making the right choice. He didn’t just answer my prayer, He even sent us an angel in the person of my husband’s doctor, Dr. Angel Joaquin Amante. The first time I saw him in his clinic, I knew that he was the right one. He is the best surgeon and the most caring doctor I’ve ever met. He has this positive outlook about his patients that will make you feel so comfortable and light-hearted. Now that my husband has fully recovered from his operation, I know that God will continue to work amazingly in his life.
